Door County Coffee started with 2 women, a small roaster and a dream. By roasting the best coffee in the world, we start with the best class of arabica coffee beans, Specialty Grade 1 Arabica, commonly known as the top 2% of arabica grown in the world. We then take our proprietary air roasting process and roast the beans to perfection. We selected our importer based on their strong ethical practices and continuation on helping develop the plantations.
